How many people can I bring on the bus?

Our seating arrangement accommodates 18 adults comfortably.  Our maximum capacity is 29.


Does Loaded Transportation Company travel outside of Indiana?

No.  We do not cross state lines.


Does Loaded Transportation Company provide a driver for the bus?

Yes!  Our drivers are prompt, professional, and drug tested in compliance with DOT regulations.


Can we drink alcohol on the bus?

Absolutely! Our guests that are 21 years of age and over are invited to sit back, relax, and have a drink. If any of our guests under 21 years of age possess or consume alcohol the event will be canceled immediately, all payments forfeited, and law enforcement will be contacted.


Can we bring coolers on the bus?

Yes. We ask that all coolers are loaded and unloaded through the rear side door of the bus.


Can we bring glass bottles on the bus?

No. Glass is not allowed on the bus. If you are bringing drinks with you please insure that the containers are aluminum or plastic.


Is smoking permitted on the bus?

Smoking is not permitted on the bus. However, for those of you who smoke, the bus makes frequent stops throughout the night, so this is not an issue.


Is music provided or should I bring my own?

Our stereo has a variety of connectivity options that put the controls literally at your fingertips. You can connect via Bluetooth, AUX cord, or USB. There is also a remote mounted in the passenger compartment to control volume, source, and skip songs.


At what point does my reservation begin and end?

The bus will be leaving from and returning to Delphi, IN. Your time will start when the bus leaves Delphi and your time will end when the bus is back in Delphi.


Will the bus be on time?

We will do everything that we can to be on time for your event. Our #1 priority is safety. We demand that our drivers are safe first, and everything else second. Our drivers will operate the bus in a safe manner at all times, regardless of time constraints or deadlines. There are many variables that are out of our control such as weather, road conditions, and traffic. We will strive to be on time and deliver you and your guests to your destination on time, but there will be no refunds or discounts if the bus is late.


How much does it cost to reserve the bus?

The nonrefundable deposit to reserve the bus is $150 and is payable by credit card. This credit card will be kept on file for any cancellations, damages, or clean up fees for your event. The remaining balance is payable up to 48 hours before the event by cash, cashier’s check, or credit card.


What happens if I cancel my reservation?

If you must cancel your reservation we will do what we can to work with you. Any of the amounts listed below can be applied to another date within 90 days of the cancellation. This will be subject to availability and another nonrefundable deposit if applicable.

If you cancel:

  • 15 days or more from your event you will forfeit your deposit.
  • 14 days or less from your event you will be charged 50% of the total for your event.
  • 48 hours or less from your event you will be charged the FULL amount agreed upon for your event.

Do you charge a clean up fee?

We expect our bus to return at the end of the night in the same condition that it was rented in. If we have to clean up after you and your guests the following charges will be applied:

  • Trash pick up: $50
  • Liquid spills: $75
  • Bodily fluids: $200
  • Smoking: $300
